any request for cancelation should be requested by email: uae@lamir-trave.com at least 48 hours before the time of particular service to be provided. our working time from Monday to Saturday from 1000 to 1900 Dubai time GMT +4.

customer agree to check on the time of payment if there any condition state that this service is non refundable and will be not exchangeable also.
if change or cancelation is allowed we will process the changes within 2 working days. in the event of cancelation the amount will be refunded after deduct relevant fees if applicable within 14 working days to the same payment card or account, please note that some bank need another 30 days for the amount to be appear on the card.

3- for hotel booking it will be related to hotel policy on cancelation which we will mention at the time of booking
Refund policy- for online payment
-all hotel booking canceled before 14 days of the date of arrival will be 100% refund
– all hotel booking will be canceled on or after 14 days of arrival will be charged 100%
– all other refundable service canceled before 48 hours will be 100% refund
– all other service canceled on or after 48 hours will be 100% charged
– visa and medical insurance is non refundable once requested
